A historic day for Mafia-Warfare. In less than a year it has found its Legal form. Once a shabby and unsecure script that was running on a shared hosting plan, Mafia-Warfare turned into a Company driven establishment under the same name, now powered by its very own dedicated server.
Born in the land of the free, Illinois, USA
A college graduate from the school of hard knocks, and a father to two beautiful daughters, Kevin found solace in online games while taking a break from his cross country truck driving routine, or when the darn truck broke down.
Often referred to as Jesse James in the gaming community, he met a wide range of mobsters as he was coming up the ranks. Some of whom he will never forget, and many will never forget him just the same.
After years of experiencing corruption of game owners and incompetence amongst their staff, he had an opportunity to purchase a game of his own from its struggling ex owners. There was absolutely no time to waste and so much to do at once. A player turned into a game owner overnight - he selected a staff of his peers and together they have made Mafia-Warfare into what it is today!
Business form of Mafia-Warfare is Sole Proprietorship. It was filed for registration on October 23, 2012. And back ordered to January 1, 2012 hence dating back to the period in time when the current Mafia-Warfare game version was released under our ownership.
The game development and maintenance will remain the priority task Nr.1 for the company, however it has brave aspirations to extend its activity profile as we move along and care to offer additional services, such as all aspects of web design (set up, management, SEO markup and tools, to mention a few), and website hosting on our own secure dedicated server platform. Such services could be offered to any potential private client or small businesses, be it for their personal use, entertainment, or otherwise. It's been a hot year for Mafia-Warfare development team! It is fair to say that the game has been modified and improved on numerous occasions and that this process never stops regarding both, the frontend and the backend of our code.
We started off at a shared low level VPS hosting plan and went to the most powerful VPS hosting available only to move to our own private Dedicated server in the end.
We went from Apache to Nginx server platform and currently implement various styling adjustments using jQuery javascript libraries.
From the day 1 there have been countless file updates regarding our game script, most of which is written in PHP scripting language.
Likewise, new features are being worked on as we speak. So far we have come up with many original ideas and items to enrich our game module and it is something we plan to keep on doing with more to come sooner rather than later.
The day when creative milestones around the current version of Mafia-Warfare game code are completed is approaching fast. As promised, this company will keep investing in that development until we can say with an utmost certainty that we have created one magnificent and well tuned game backhand to nest in all our ideas and their implementation tools for the future releases.
In addition, Mafia-Warfare has immediate plans of launching other web related projects. The company will also focus on working with others, who wish to publish their own ideas by offering package products to help create their kind of game or a simple website design page - whether it be for business or personal use.

10-31-2017 The players voiced their opinions of closing Mafia-Warfare Fight Club down. Players were offered buy outs for their accounts and are concentrating on just the one game now. The OG Mafia-Warfare is active and from now on there will only be one game! The Original and Best Mafia game out there.

Mafia-Warfare is a free online browser based role playing mafia game. It has many features and virtually offers its users endless possibilities to improve their in game characters - user accounts.
The game is a "base up" interface, where everyone starts at a bottom level and goes on from there to face the daily challenges of everything the game has stored in its files. There is a vast variety of so called "tactics" to chose from, with more detailed explanations to be found in game guide, or by making acquaintances with other players and joining them in a gang, or just by trying everything out on your own. Imagination, experience, and hard work are often the great factors behind anyone's success - be it real life or our browser based game.
Finally, every user is only allowed to have one account, which makes it all the more interesting and fair. The game has its own Terms of Service (TOS) to extent of which all users are subjected. TOS must accept before registering and upheld while playing at all times. The members of the game Staff make sure they are never forgotten and followed up by everyone.
Apart from that, as someone excited would say - everything goes! Level up, do crimes, attack or mug, talk to other users in game chat or mailing system, it is all there for everyone to entertain the best user friendly experience Mafia-Warfare can provide!
The plain and simple truth remains this, despite of all the good words we have used here to describe Mafia-Warfare that without our staff and community there would be no game. And most certainly, there would be no company to follow up the logical steps of our pragmatically designed development.
We never imagined the reaction and support we have received over the past year, because - how could we?! It went beyond all our expectations, which, to be perfectly frank, didn't quite amount to much at the beginning. A bunch of players would set up and enjoy playing the game of their own, we were thinking something along these lines. However, we never got to the playing part of it. Others came in numbers and stayed to enjoy it, leaving us to the improving part of everything we could right away and there has hardly been time for anything else.
As Kevin the Boss once put it: "I will not regret any of this. I just had no idea the journey we would be on. We went from playing games to owning and running them - a different journey than I ever imagined."
Our game staff has a combined experience in online gaming interfaces of darn impressive half a decade, to say the least while attempting to praise their awesomeness. Name the game - they've probably played it or to some extent still do. The same can be said about our community, likewise many long timers there mixing it up with an occasional newbie and passing on their skills. People from many nationalities and countries, people from different backgrounds and age groups - you can find about anybody you would be looking for inside Mafia-Warfare having fun under the whole role playing image arsenal they can simultaneously come up with and endure.
The game has had a steady average of 200 unique IP connections per day from the start, and we are extremely proud of the fact that we have been able to maintain that average intact while constantly having to work on a live game and accordingly structured interface.
It has been an interesting journey, indeed.
We have seen and proudly survived the hardware crushes or filing malfunctions.
We have seen people retire from community and leave their accounts to be raffled away in support for the remaining users they leave behind.
Whatever revenue in game upgrade store has generated for the most part has been spent on game security and script enhancements as well as server performance, hiring outside professionals whenever it has been necessary to get it all to the more secure and stable user friendly environment.
And so shall we continue.
